Misprinted/damaged/defective items

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days from the date you receive the item.
  • Send a photo of the item AND a description of the problem to: misspix@colorfulpants.com
  • Use the subject line “HELP!”
  • Include your first and last name or the name of the person who placed the order.
  • If the item is indeed misprinted/damaged/defective a replacement will be printed and sent to you at no cost to you.

****If you are outside of the US, check the return address on the package in which you received the item and return it there. I’ve also posted a list of worldwide return addresses below for reference. Just be sure to label your return package as shown in the example above. Keep in mind that this address is for returns only and no other correspondence can be received there. Please send any other correspondence to misspix@colorfulpants.com and I will respond within three days, in most cases.****

Packages lost in transit

  • For packages lost in transit: All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • You’ll need to verify that you have attempted to get in touch with the shipping carrier to locate the missing item.
  • If the tracking information states that the item was delivered to the address listed on the order, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • If your order is legitimately missing, I will happily send you a replacement order at no cost to you.

Wrong address/Unclaimed shipments

Wrong Address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you’ll need to cover reshipment costs after providing an updated or corrected address.

Unclaimed – You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipment for any shipments that go unclaimed and are returned.

Sealed, personalized, and customized items

  • Sealed goods, such as but not limited to, face masks and swimwear cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • As well, items that have been clearly personalized or customized to the buyer’s specifications cannot be returned.

Buyers remorse

While I hope and expect that you will be happy with your purchase, and will do as much as I can to ensure you are satisfied, in general, returns cannot be accepted on the basis of buyer’s remorse or wrong size.

Know that if there is a size or product error due to a mistake on my part, or your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, a replacement will be shipped to you at my expense or a refund will be issued.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations otherwise.
